I would 10/10 recommend renting from Dottie and Roger. I have lived in the apartment for two years now and I love it!! It’s a mile off campus, gas stations is right down the street and town is a 5min drive. There is a lot of space for a one bedroom and for what we pay! They have been so great to me and feel more like friends to me than landlords. I will miss living here and wish every landlord were like the Smiths. They also allow animals as I have my Bearded Dragon with me, with no problems at all. If you’re respectful and friendly, you’ll love it here!!
